ORDERS AND RETURNS

All orders received by 1:00pm AEST (Sydney time) on Business Days will be dispatched the same day (excluding Public Holidays where they will be dispatched the next available Business Day).  Taking into consideration unforeseen delays we always try to have all orders dispatched within 24hrs of payment received (Week Days only, Weekend orders and Public Holiday orders will be sent the next Business day).

Shipping confirmation emails will be sent the EVENING of the day your order is dispatched.

 

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Hens Night Shop will accept return of product/s if:

  • Product is damaged in transit
  • Product is incorrectly shipped by our warehouse
  • Product is deemed faulty by us

 

In the case that the above has occurred we, Hens Night Shop, will replace the item/s an no extra cost to the customer if notification of the issue has been reported to hello@hensnightshop.com.au with photographic evidence within 48hours of your order arriving.  Should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.

 

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Any goods due to Change of Mind
  • Any products removed from their original packaging
  • Any orders delayed through incorrect/missing order information provided ((if a parcel is Returned to Sender for incorrect Shipping Address or customer not collecting their parcel in time from the Post Office if it has been redirected there after attempted delivery a $10 returns fee is charged from the carrier which we need to oncharge to customers). 
  • Any goods received after the event date due to carrier delays and customer not allowing sufficient postage time on their end.
